The talented chef Marta Messeri will host you in her beautiful villa in Porticello, a delightful seaside resort and ancient port on the outskirts of Palermo. Marta will guide you through an exploration of the typical Sicilian dishes: the famous parmigiana (eggplant gratin), arancine (fried rice balls)  or pasta to the norm (with eggplant, swordfish and basil). The chef uses fresh products of the day, and her fish comes directly from the fishermen of the nearby port.


Once you have finished the course (about 4h) you can enjoy your lunch, admire the beautiful garden of the Villa and take a walk along the sea.



  • The train is a quick and sustainable option to reach the Villa Messeri.The villa is a 10-minute walk from the station. If you prefer, we can also organize private transfer with a driver.
